Cloverleaf was never just about building homes. From the beginning, it’s been about creating places that feel good to live in—places that add something real to the neighborhood and to the lives of the people who live there.
Our team comes from different corners of the industry—craftsmanship, design, development, sustainability—but what brings us together is this shared belief that buildings should do more than check boxes. We’re not here to maximize square footage. We’re here to build something lasting, something you can feel.
At the Hudson Cloverleafs, we took on a tight, tricky site and leaned into the challenge. We used a mirrored floor plan and a simple, repeating form—not just because it made construction efficient (though it did), but because it gave each home privacy, rhythm, and character. The result is a space that works on both the human and the practical level. The choices we made—materials, layout, orientation—were all driven by livability and long-term value.
Cloverleaf isn’t a brand. It’s a way of building. A way of thinking. It’s what happens when you bring together smart design, solid execution, and a real respect for place. We care about craft. We care about neighborhoods. We care about how people move through a space and how it makes them feel.
Columbia City and Beacon Hill are two vibrant and diverse neighborhoods in Seattle, known for their rich cultural history and strong sense of community. Columbia City, located in the Rainier Valley, boasts a charming historic district with locally owned shops, restaurants, and a lively arts scene. Nearby, Beacon Hill sits atop a ridge offering stunning city views, with a mix of residential streets, green spaces like Jefferson Park, and easy access to downtown. Both neighborhoods are celebrated for their multicultural influences, excellent food options, and welcoming atmosphere.
Bridgewright Partners is a Seattle-based developer and builder focused on crafting high-quality homes that foster connection and community. Acting as both developer and owner’s representative, Bridgewright brings together the goals of investors, planners, and neighbors to create places that feel rooted, livable, and enduring.
Inspired by the timber-truss bridge—known for its beauty, strength, and function—Bridgewright values thoughtful design, structural integrity, and meaningful connection. Their work honors the character of each neighborhood while introducing sustainable homes built to last.
Tsuga Studio was founded four years ago to focus on residential urban infill architecture and development. Our strength lies in innovative land use, yield maximization, and crafting cost-effective, custom floor plans that maximize the potential of tight urban sites. We design homes across a range of sizes and market segments, including custom builds, entry-level housing, and family-oriented projects.
While every project is tailored to the client, our foundation is context-driven design. Rather than chase styles, we ask essential questions: Where is the light and air? Where is privacy needed? How do water and infrastructure shape the site? How can we create open, comfortable spaces within budget? We believe great design emerges from answering these questions—when function and context lead, form follows naturally. This pragmatic yet creative approach guides every project we undertake.
What began with the hands-on precision of finish carpentry has evolved over two decades into a full-spectrum approach to sustainable design and urban homebuilding. With deep roots in Seattle’s construction community, we’ve grown through architecture, project management, and a commitment to thoughtful, efficient design. Every home we build reflects not only the way people live today—but how they want to live tomorrow. By prioritizing energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and long-term functionality, we believe that homes built sustainably are homes built to sustain.
